Wavell Heights Townhouse, New Home

This project was a new build for Brisbane Builder HQ Constructions. The brief was to provide Interior Selections for two adjacent townhouses with two contrasting but complimentary schemes. Known as “The Black House”, we went for a more dramatic look by choosing a Contemporary Interior Design style for this new townhouse. We provided comprehensive specifications schedules by choosing and documenting all the fixtures, fittings and finishes including door handles, cornices, flooring, skirting, tiles, tapware, cabinetry, benchtops, feature lights, staircase design, paint colours and exterior finishes including driveway, fencing and landscaping.
