As a qualified designer and professional member of the KBDI (Kitchen & Bathroom Designers Institute) our designs meet all Australian building codes and regulations.
What is the process to work with you?
We want to make our process as seamless as possible. The steps are:

2. Initial consultation
3. Concept design
4. Design development

6. Appoint trades
7. Design delivery and procurement

How do you typically communicate with clients?
Communication will be mostly in person, over the phone and via email. Text messages are reserved for urgent matters only.
What is your fee structure?
Projects are priced based on a detailed understanding of how much support is required and calculated on an hourly basis or percentage of project.
How do you incorporate the client’s vision into your designs?
As part of our initial consultation, we ask you to share with us photos and images of spaces that you love. This might mean sharing a Pinterest board, showing us images you’ve saved on your phone or even providing some magazine cut outs. This allows us to understand which direction to take your overall design aesthetic.
Can you work with my existing furniture or decor?
Absolutely! We love to mix old and new. We’ll help you connect existing pieces with new pieces to create a beautiful, harmonised space.

Do you handle procurement and installation?
Furniture, homewares and décor can be purchased through the studio. We extend our trade discounts to our clients wherever possible. Installation and styling can be included on request.
Will you be present on-site during the project?
Project supervision can be included into our scope of work on request. Project management will be the responsibility of the contracted builder.
